- Is Autumn Lines a manufacturer? Where are you based?
We are a Jewelry Manufacturer-Exporter-Wholesaler. All of our jewelry is produced in our partner factory, on the outskirts of Bangkok. Our office, which is located in downtown Silom handles the rest - which includes designing, purchasing, raw materials, quality control, shipping, etc...You are welcome to visit us at our office, by appointment only. - Does Autumn Lines guarantee the quality and content of the jewelry?
Yes, Autumn Lines guarantees all our sterling silver to be lead, nickel, and cadmium free. Hypoallergenic. - Are the prices on the website final?
No, the prices shown on the website serve only as a guideline and is subject to confirmation upon order.

- Do you customize designs?
Yes, we are able to work on customized designs based on our clients requirements. We work from sketch to artwork to final finished product. We are able to make silver molds by hand and by CAD. Additionally, we can also help with special packaging requirements upon request. All customized designs are kept exclusive for that client.
Additionally, besides rhodium plating we can do several different platings and finishing as well. Please contact us for more information. - What is your Minimum Order Requirment?
Our minimum is 30-50 pieces / pairs per design - How long does it take to receive my order?
We produce by order only, and need approximately 4-6 weeks production time. As soon as your order is shipped we will email you the airway bill number so you can start tracking your shipment online. FedEx, DHL, UPS usually takes between 3 to 5 days for delivery. This can be subject to customs clearance delays in your country
- What methods of payment do you take?
For Wholesale orders, we only accept payment via Bank Wire Transfers. - Do your prices include shipping & insurance? And which couriers do you use for shipping?
Our prices are FOB Bangkok, however, if you need help with shipping and insurance it can be arranged. We use DHL, FedEx, UPS and for most of our shipments since they offer the best security, traceable and value for money. It usually takes 2-3 working days, depending on your location. - Do I have to pay for import taxes/duties?
All orders may be subject to Import duties, taxes, and charges. These extra fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. - Do you work with other materials besides Sterling Silver?
Yes, we also produce in Brass with Rhodium Plating. - What are your Payment Terms?
- For orders less than US$3,000.- we require full pre-payment prior to production
- For orders above US$3,000.- we require 30% deposit prior to production and balance to be paid before shipment
